Delivery Policy


We are based in the UK and send everything from our HQ in Milton Keynes with Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch everything within 24 hours of your order on working days (excluding Saturdays and English bank holidays).

 

Packaging and labelling your goods:

We do our best to ensure the goods reach you as they leave us, so all goods are packed in protective packaging: including, but not limited to board backed envelopes, padded envelopes, security boxes - depending on the number and nature of items.
If however despite these efforts the contents arrive to you damaged, please let us know immediately on receipt. For deliveries where you have to sign for the package you have to sign for it as damaged AT THE TIME of receipt. Failure to indicate damage to the courier upon signature invalidates any damage related claims you may have.

All parcels are clearly labelled (we are a labelling company after all:) ) with the name and address you provide when you place your order. Please ensure that all information is accurate, otherwise processing will be delayed.

 

UK deliveries:

The standard delivery charge is £0.99 per order, no matter how large it is. We ship using Royal Mail 1st class, so you should expect your items the next working day after they are marked as shipped in MOST cases. Delays can occur however and are beyond our control. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is available for UK Mainland and Isle of Man only for an additional £5.99.

 

International deliveries:

Standard delivery charge to both EU and to the rest of the world is £1.99, no matter how large is the order. The standard shipping method is Royal Mail Airmail with a delivery aim of 3-5 working days within the EU and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. We offer tracked international delivery for an additional £5.99. Please contact us for additional shipping methods, including courier shipping to your address. For all destinations where customs clearance is required we will supply an accurate CN22 form with the details of the package contents, and the value of goods clearly displayed (in GBP).

You are responsible for letting us know (before placing your order) if deliveries to your address require additional forms on top of the standard customs declaration (CN22). We are not responsible for any additional taxes and/or charges that are imposed on you by your local authority or delivery service.
